I designed “The CLEAN Eating Formula” to help my clients lose weight and promote vibrant health in body and mind. The Clean Eating Formula is a proven system that helps people lose weight for good, ditch the diet mentality, and create a healthy body, and life that they love. Through Cindy’s program, I am on the path of mending my unhealthy, stressful, and negative relationship with food. In fact, I have felt more satisfied and full eating healthier foods, such as salads with quinoa, than a burger, which I never thought I would say! I have also learned that it is okay to indulge in less healthy things every once in a while without guilt or self-sabotage, because I focus on eating well most of the time. It is amazing how changing the way I think about food has also changed my outlook on other parts of my life. This has been more of a spiritual journey than I expected. I look forward to seeing where this new knowledge, confidence, and positive mindset will take me. I can honestly say that Cindy has changed my life!
