
Health coaching is a relatively new profession that I pursued once I found the secret to sustainable weight loss and vibrant health.
I spent my entire life dieting, and trying to eat “healthy” foods, just to find myself confused by the nutrition advice I received from doctors, personal trainers, dietitians, friends, and the USDA. Our weight and health issues are deeply rooted in our culture, our food environment, and our lifestyles.
Being healthy is considered a bore and a chore, and that could not be further from the truth. Being healthy creates energy and abundance in your life. Being healthy brings out the best in you. Being healthy is about living your life to it’s fullest. As a Health & Nutrition Coach, I give you the tools, the support, and the information to create the life you desire, and deserve.

- My belief is that goals must be set in action, and positive outcomes. The whole concept of dieting is a negation of an experience. Meaning, dieting is more about “what NOT to do or eat.” One cannot engage in an experience of “not doing,” one can only engage in an experience of doing. That being said, our focus is to ADD healthy foods and behaviors to your life.
- I work with the concept of bio-individuality. My approach is client-driven. Instead of getting a one-size-fits-all meal plan based on a cookie-cutter approach or one fad diet, I help my clients discover what foods create happiness, vibrance and energy within them.
- I approach nutrition as “whole foods,” instead of compartmentalizing them into individual nutrients such as calories, carbs, proteins, fats etc. Why? Because the synergistic relationship among these various components when they are ingested in the form of whole foods deliver far more benefits than when they are taken as individual nutrients.
- My coaching is goal-, action- and result-oriented. My approach focuses on implementation and engagement, so that healthy changes are integrated into your life.
- Instead of treating the symptoms, I work with my clients to get to the underlying causes of their health concerns. We look at how issues such as stress, emotional distress, physical activities, lack of “soul nourishment” etc. effect our overall wellbeing. I help my clients cultivate the awareness to improve all areas of their lives.
- I support my clients to work with their body on healing itself so that they can eventually reduce the amount of medication that they rely on.
- One of the best parts of my work, is that each client’s personal health transformation results in improved health within their immediate family.
